Can I cancel my order?
We accept cancellation requests before your order enters processing. Contact klincraft promptly with your order number.
Can I cancel after dispatch?
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery under our Return & Exchange Policy.
When are refunds available?
Refunds apply to eligible cancellations or approved returns. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
What if my mug arrives damaged?
For damaged or incorrect items, contact us with photos and order details within 48 hours of delivery.
